1. About Us This website is operated by O'Mahony Craft Cooperage, a business based in Cork, Ireland. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products All of our barrels and casks are individually handcrafted bespoke pieces. As a result, minor variations in grain pattern, colour, texture, and finish compared to product photographs and descriptions are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted coopered vessels and are to be expected. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
5. Orders & Contract Formation An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery We will endeavour to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes levied by your country — these are outside our control and are your responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before placing an order. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of O'Mahony Craft Cooperage and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Mahony Craft Cooperage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
10. Privacy Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer, including access to EU online dispute resolution, are not affected.
