Shipping Rates by Region

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Our current standard rates are as follows:

  • Republic of Ireland & UK: FREE An Post Tracked Shipping (4-6 working days)
  • Europe (EU + Norway & Switzerland): FREE FedEx Tracked Shipping (5–7 working days)
  • North America (USA & Canada): $40.00 FedEx Tracked International (5–7 working days)
  • Asia: €50.00 FedEx Tracked International (5–7 working days)
  • Australia & New Zealand: €50.00 FedEx Tracked International (5–7 working days)

The above rates are guide prices based on a single parcel of 8kg or under (typically up to 4 items). Larger orders of multiple parcels and custom orders may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you directly should we need to discuss shipping costs before dispatch.

We currently ship to a defined list of countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Website Stock

All pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks from your purchase date for us to fulfil your order. We will dispatch your order as soon as it is ready and you will be automatically emailed once this happens. Please contact us (contact@omcc.ie) should you have any questions prior to ordering.

Delivery dates are determined by the courier and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. O'Mahony Craft Cooperage cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once an order has been handed to the courier.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

United Kingdom: Following Brexit, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties and customs charges upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

International Orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia): Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

EU Orders: All prices displayed include VAT where applicable. No additional customs charges apply for orders within the EU.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom and bespoke pieces are handcrafted to order. Lead times for custom orders will vary depending on the complexity and specification of the piece. Estimated lead times will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of quotation. We will keep you informed of your order's progress throughout the crafting process.
