Each Miniature Barrel in this collection is handcrafted at our Cooperage in Cork, Ireland by Cooper Killian O’Mahony, from hand-selected reclaimed barrel staves — seasoned with Sherry, Bourbon, or Irish Whiskey, each carrying the character of its previous life.

Individually charred to unlock deep, complex flavours from the seasoned wood. Bound by either polished brass or steel hoops, sealed with our Signature turned Miniature Barrel Bung (also made from a reclaimed barrel stave), and presented on a cask-hugging stand — fully functional from the moment it arrives.
